Isn’t working?

From one day to another my Keymander 2 stoped working. Everting is plugged and updated correctly also the light is on, but the keyboard and mouse stoped working. I can’t move when is pressed the keys etc.. it’s like if it wasn’t connected but is clearly on. As I mentioned before I checked the app and it says is updated to the last update, so I don’t know what to do.
