Device: KeyMander 2
Will not pickup my phone on Bluetooth.
I just got my KEYMANDER 2 and hooked it up to my Xbox series x and when I try to connect to it via Bluetooth my device doesn’t even show up to connect to it. I’ve tried resetting my phone and the device to no avail. Blue tooth is turned on on my phone so idk what else to do at this point I have and iPhone 12 Pro Max if that changes anything

What color is the LED on top of the K2?
Clicking the button on top of the unit marked with a single dot should make the K2 start flashing white indicating bluetooth discovery mode. Only then will it appear on the app.
Also, please make sure you have the correct K2 App. There is a KEYMANDER 2 app and a K2 Mobile App. The mobile app is only meant for the K2 Mobile.
