Why so difficult
Why is it so hard to setup I’m on Xbox series x and I’m trying to play siege but it just won’t work

Here are a few things to check on to ensure the setup is correct:
- Be sure to use the power port and have it connect to an outlet.
- Remove batteries from controller
- Use the Micro USB provided in the packaging as the USB that is connecting your controller to the gamepad port.
- Make sure that you are on KVM Emulation (shown at the top of the app)
- Try connecting the K2's hardwired USB to the back of your console.
- Make sure that your controller is fully updated through your Xbox.
What is the model number of your controller?
What is the make and model of your mouse?
What is the make and model of your keyboard?
