Keyboard stopped working after firmware version 118

I haven’t been able to use my keyboard adapter it just turns green and blue and my keyboard light up but doesn’t work on the game or at the Xbox series x home screen can anyone help

What is the make and model of your keyboard?


What is console are you playing on?


What is the model number of your controller?


If you have a Windows PC, I can try sending you version .117 to see if it resolves the issue.
