Mic not working
I was playing rainbow in a party chat with my friend and suddenly my mic stopped working. It works when I plug the controller into a usb that isn’t the KEYMANDER. I’ve tried looking it up and all it says is try a old gem controller which I have done and it still won’t work. If someone could help that would be greatly appreciated.

We are currently looking into this issue. At this time, we have noticed that only some headsets are experiencing this. We believe it is due to power consumption.
Try using a higher voltage power adapter (preferably 2.4A or greater).
Do you have a different mic that you can use to see if the issue follows?
What is the model number of the controller being used?
What is the make and model of your headset?
