new keymander 2 - causes crosshair to drag in random directions almost like i have turn assist on except it isn’t .

just got a new keymander 2 today . everything is working well except that crosshair will randomly drag in game almost like i have stick drift. every time i move my mouse it’ll move in a completley random direction. i tried turning down the dead ones and turning them up but nothing seemed to help. Any ideas ?
