WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS DEVICE?

Works fine for 2 seconds and then one of 50 things happen

1. The controller says it is disconnected and the whole thing just breaks for 30 seconds

2. The keymander disconnects if you don't have the app open 24/7

3. It becomes jittery for no reason when you're using it

4. It turns off on its own if you don't look at it 24/7

5. The WASD and mouse become inverted control wise

6. It turns on night mode on Xbox for no reason at all and changes your settings

How many things could go wrong with one device in a span of 15 minutes? It's insane
