Device: KeyMander 2 3Play

Keymander won't connect in app

Ever since the update rolled out to select between the keymander 2/3play/mobile, my app will no longer connect to the keymander itself. I've tried reinstalling the app and unplugging the keymander from all power sources with no success. I haven't tried to hard reset it because with no guarantee it'll work that means losing all of my bindings and being up the creek if it won't reconnect after that. Any solutions?
