When you say that you can't look around, are you referring to slow sensitivity or no camera movement at all?

Try setting your mouse to the highest DPI and then matching that number in the app itself under the mouse DPI field. Max out your in-game sensitivity and also try increasing the ADS sensitivity in-game and in the app itself.
