Why wont the light turn on and it keeps beeping? I set it up following instructions on the quick start app and it said it worked but it wont let me play mnk and it just keeps beeping and there’s no light on

Try plugging in one thing at a time starting with the console then the controller and see if it is being thrown off by either the keyboard or mouse.

What is the make and model of your mouse and keyboard?

What console are you playing on?

Are you using the power port on the back of the K2 and connecting to an outlet?

Are you using the Micro USB supplied in the box as the cable that is connecting your controller to the gamepad port?
