Mic isn’t working
I’m on an Xbox 1, with an Elite Series 2 controller, everything works just fine, except for my mic. Sometimes it works, then it will randomly stop. I’ve tried unplugging everything and plugging it back in, restarting my console, I’ve made sure my keymander has the latest updates, and made sure my mic is on in the settings. What do I do?

Hello,
This is on-going investigation that we have been noticing with some specific headsets. Please provide the following information:
- Headset make and model
- Console firmware version
- Controller firmware version
- Make sure the mic option is toggle on within the K2 app
- K2 firmware
- Have you tried a different headset?
- How often does it disconnect?
- Does the disconnect happen more often on a certain game?

My headset is the turtle beach recon 50, I’ve also tried my friends HyperX Cloud Alpha. Both firmware versions are the latest versions. The mic is on in the K2 app. It did disconnect once every hour or so, but i could just unplug my controller and plug it back in and it would work. Now, the mic doesn’t work at all. But it does work when my controller isn’t plugged into the Keymander.
