Hyperx quad cast doesn't work?

I recently bought the key Mander 2 and I tried using my hyper x quad cast using a microphone Splitter and power limiter. I even used external power with the extra port, but it just makes a loud ringing noise, kind of like a song or harmony and doesn't put in my mic input, I can only hear audio.
