need help finalizing my configuration.

I have spent a lot of time trying to get the perfect sens for me but I cannot fix this last issue I will try my best to explain it. when I make small slow adjustments or track someone/line up my cross hair on someone or something it is sort of like jittery or shaky and just not smooth which can be irritating and make the mouse performance uncomfortable, I have tried everything I can think of to fix this, any feedback and help would be amazing, I can list my ingame sens, keymander sens and mouse settings if you would like.
