My Keymander 2 won’t work on my ps5

Are you using a PS5 or PS4 controller?

Are you playing a PS5 or PS4 game and which one?

I tried both game versions (ps5 and ps4) and with both controllers. I tried playing the ps4 version of apex legends with my ps4 controller plugged in the K2 and it’s not responsive.

Okay, so you want to make sure you are playing the PS4 version with a PS4 controller unless you are using a remote play method.

With this being said, are you able to map keys with your mouse and keyboard on the K2 app?

Also, please make sure you have set the controller communication method as USB within your Ps5 controller settings.
