Mic not working

When playing on Xbox, my mic will stop working after a while of playing. I’ve tried using the fix where you take the batteries out, turn off the controller via the menu and replug it back into the KEYMANDER. However, usually after a minute or so the mic will stop working again and it just keeps repeating. Is there a better more consistent fix to this or is it being worked on?
