Cant sync app to device

Device in app says failed to sync with device timeout try again i am using KEYMANDER 2 play on a Xbox one slim

What mobile device are you using?

What version of android/ios is it?

Are you utilizing the power port on the K2 and connecting to a wall outlet?

Try hard resetting the K2 by pressing and holding down the two buttons on top for about 6 seconds.

Also, try testing on a different mobile device (if accessible) to see if the issue persists.
