Need help w key binds

i would really like to know how to change my key binds. in the app is says “listening” and doesn’t do anything so if i could get help with that, that would be great

This would be an indication of an incompatible keyboard.


What is the make and model of the keyboard?


Also, try connecting the keyboard to the mouse port to rule out the possibility of it being a bad port.

Edit: it works!! I swap the inputs and I can confirm that my razer Tartarus pro is working, along with my razer deathadder v2 pro (2.4g mode)
