Keymander disconnecting controller
I turn my ps4 on get ready to play then a few minutes into playing games my mouse will stop inputting I'll unplug my controller plug it back in and play for a little longer then my keyboard will stop randomly it's off an on between what's stopping but I always have to turn my controller back on and plug it back in I have the extra power cord plugged in and my controller is already full battery is there any known fix?

This sounds like it may be a power issue.
What is the voltage of your power port adapter (2.4A or greater is preferred)?
Do you happen to have a different controller that you can test with as it could even be that.
Also, try swapping the mouse into the keyboard port and keyboard into the mouse port to see if it makes a difference.
