How do i connect my keymander to the app i just got it and the app wont work

What is the make/model and OS/iOS version of the device?


*Please ensure you are using the correct mobile application as there are two available in the Appstore/Playstore. One is for the Keymander 2 (consoles) and the Keymander 2 Mobile.
