it wont even turn on

If so, has anything else changed since?

Does this happen without anything being connected aside from power and console?

yes its different fromthe other thread that time it was the cable

yes it still doesn't turn on when nothing else is connected

Did this happen from one day to another with no changes?

Try pressing and holding down the two buttons on top for about 6 seconds and release. This will perform a reset.

just from day to day ive tried the six seconds restart and it still wont turn on

Hello,

If you have a Windows PC, we can potentially try flashing a firmware on to the unit.

This would need to be done on a Windows PC.

Step 1 - Disconnect everything from the K2

Step 2 - Download the firmware and extract the .zip  HERE

Step 3 - While pressing and holding down the two buttons on top of the K2, connect the USB to the PC and keep holding for about 5 seconds.

Step 4 - Open the .exe and run the firmware upgrade when the K2 is found.
