Loud buzzing noise constantly when plugged into controllrr

As soon as I plug the Keymander 2 into my xbox, it makes a buzzing noise that is pretty loud and does not stop. It’s not my keyboard, mouse, or headset as I have already tried different equipment and it does the same thing.
