Device: KeyMander 2

my keyboard does not work

Hello, I bought a keymander 2 however when I plug my keyboard into the suitable port it turns on and does not work. So I reversed the connection of the mouse and the keyboard and since then it works but I think I lose performance.
Hoping someone can help me.

What is the make and model of the keyboard?


Are you using the external power port on the K2?


If you ONLY have the keyboard connected, does it still not work when attempting to map keys within the app?
