Just doesnt feel right

Got this device recently and i'm having trouble with setting it up for apex. No matter what i change the mouse just doesnt feel 1-1. It feels like theres alot of acceleration thrown at me to make it feel smooth causing my accuracy to be downright awful.

No matter what i change: Curve,Deadzone, Stick Sens, Dpi, Ingame Sense. It still feels like the joystick is moving too fast and feels like i'm playing on a high sensitivity when i'm not

It's hard to explain but coming from the software reWASD this converter joystick just doesnt feel normal. I have no idea if it's due to my inability to configure the device or the lack of options to customize the virtual joysticks.
