What console are you playing on?

Please also ensure that you are on KM Emulation as the mode on the K2 app.

If you are on KM direct, it will see the keyboard and mouse as if you're connecting them directly to the console. Therefore, if a game does not have native keyboard/mouse support, they will not function in game.

KM Emulation will "emulate" a controller so it should work on just about any and every game as long as you are utilizing a charge and sync cable connecting the controller to the controller port on the K2.
