I can't backup my Profiles because I need to Login

Hello we need a Solution we can't login in the App since 2023 Dec i made a lot of Profiles

And I can't backup even i Cant Backup Profile Over Code Because we need to Log in this isn't Acceptable Please fix this or can we back Profiles are there saves anywhere on the Phone ?
