Keymander 2 not working?!

I have an Xbox series s. I have followed all steps of plugging the keymander, keyboard and mouse in. My controller doesn’t turn on, on its own when connected and I cannot move my mouse or use keys in game. Does anyone have a solution, fix, or that can help because I’ve been at it for days.
