Mouse working but keyboards not
My mouse is working in game but my keyboard is not responding. Any idea why?

Hello Jmnicke,
On the K2 app, if you try to map a key to a button, does it register the key press?
If not, it would be an incompatible keyboard unfortunately.
However, if it does register the key on the app, it could be a game profile related issue.
Does this happen on all game profiles you try?
