Keymander 2 not working.

My keymander 2 used to work when I would use it to play games, then i stopped using it for about a month, and it stopped working. I am using the same controller, same keyboard and mouse, same cords, same xbox, and it just randomly stopped working. I thought it may have needed to be updated, but on the app it says its updated to the latest firmware. Im playing on an Xbox S, using the controller that came with it, and using a wireless Snpurdiri keyboard and mouse. Ive tried using different controllers and cords, and have tried everything ive seen on the forum and I can't seem to get it to work.
