Device: KeyMander 2
Unable to use keymander on xbox series X.
Hi, i recently got keymander 2 and I am trying to play games on xbox series X.
I have connected the keymander 2 to the xbox and then connected wired mouse and keyboard.
The keyboard and mouse is not working on xbox. The light on the keyboard(caps and numlock) glows along with the mouse.
They are brand new ones and works fine on my Laptop.
I got the application and updated the firmware as well and currently the firmware is in the version 1.3.127.001.
Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would really be appreciated.

Hello,
There are a few things that we can check on.
Test the sync cable:
- Try plugging the controller straight to the console (excluding the K2) and see if the controller turns on by itself OR if you are needing to press the home button to power it on.
*If turns on by itself without pressing the home button = Sync cable
Once you can confirm the controller is syncing properly, proceed testing the keyboard and mouse individually.
With ONLY the console, controller and mouse connected (No keyboard):
- Check to see if the K2 app registers Left/Right Click when trying to map to a button.
Edit Profile > Mapping > {Select any button} > Primary Key (wait for it to say listening) > {Mouse click}
*If mouse key is not registered, this usually means that the mouse in incompatible.
With ONLY the console, controller and keyboard connected (No mouse):
- Check to see if the K2 app registers keys when trying to map to a button.
Edit Profile > Mapping > {Select any button} > Primary Key (wait for it to say listening) > {Any Key}
*If key stroke is not registered, this means usually that the keyboard in incompatible.
** If you notice that when you connect one of them, the K2 shuts off or reboots, it's a sign of incompatibility.
Try testing with a different mouse or keyboard if that is the case and you suspect one is incompatible.
Note: Must be an original wireless Xbox controller. Aftermarket controllers as not supported. Wired controllers are not supported.
