m&k not working

Make sure u are using an authentic xbox 1/series controller not a 3rd party one. U could also try plugging the keyboard into the mouse port and the mouse into the keyboard port. Lmk if that helps

Also if ur using a heavy duty keyboard try plugging a extra cable into the keymander to give it more power
