Device: KeyMander 2
keep having hid problem
I've just gotten my keymander today and after installing all the software I try to set it up on my laptop but every time I do it says I have a hid problem I've tried multiple usb cables, etc. can anyone please help?

Do you have the Keymander 1 or 2? The new one (2) is not intended to be used with a computer, as it uses a phone app, not software, to make adjustments. If you’re talking about the other keymander than you will need to ask on that dedicated forum.

Okay thank you I have the app but how do I use my keyboard n mouse in game? It just blinks n doesn’t allow me to do anything I’m having trouble
