then App dpi setting is also change to 4000 dpi to try

Depending on the mouse, I would suggest setting the DPI to 16K and testing the different deadzone settings mentioned here and see what works best for you with our R6S profile in Game Center. Also make sure to use the settings listed on the Game Center download page and try both profile modes.
