R6 recommendations

I got to platinum 2 for Xbox one using old aim settings but gradually I’ve gotten worse. I made a new profile and I’m just wondering if anyone in high plat or above can recommend a good, not so choppy aim setting. Like I want every detail for it like the curve, deadzones, etc.
