Locks up
My controllers lock up and the only way I’ve found to fix it is to download the firmware again. This happens more often than it should.

Which controller model are you using?
What firmware version does it show in your app?
What app version does it show?
What color is the LED on the K2 unit when it stops working?
Do you have external power connected?
What keyboard and mouse are you using?
