Controller ADS Sensitivity (R6 PS4)

The new season of rainbow six siege was released today, and i know im doing this early af, not giving an ample time for this community to react. But I was wondering; with the new season comes different senses for the specific sights. Would we put those senses up to max as well or is there specifics for each sight that would work best. Thanks
