I need help to make my adapter work better on the Xbox Series S. I connect it and it works for about 5 minutes, then it disconnects. After that, I have to unplug the controller or the adapter and plug it back in. But if I only play with the controller, even though the adapter and the mnk are connected, it doesn't turn off. However, when I play with the mnk, that's when it turns off. Any advice to prevent it from disconnecting? (I have the external power connected.)

I had a similar problem yesterday when I was setting up my KM2. Every ~5 minutes, the controller disconnected (the Xbox said “Please connect a controller”), but it reconnected automatically. (Still unplayable, though.)
I finally got it working when I used the USB port on the back of the Xbox Series S, right next to the LAN port. The KM2 works as expected on that port.
When using the other ports (the front one and the one next to the HDMI), I experienced the issue mentioned above.
Console: X-Box Series S
Controller: 1708 (Black RB LB) and 1914 (Series S)
Keyboard: Trust GXT 834
Mouse: G502 Hero
KM2 with external Powersupply 2A
