Sensitivity issues.
no matter what game I’m playing, I have to pretty much max out the sliders just to hit a full 360. I follow in the game settings listed, set DPI in software and on my PC to max(16K) I use the Logitech G502 HERO. I’m not sure what the issue is, but for some reason, I just can’t turn well. It’s not like I’m hitting the turn cap set.. like it’s just going super slow. I noticed this in both Overwatch and Apex. My settings have to be maxed to even be able to do a full 360. That in game, in the app and max turn speed on top of that. I’m sure it’s a user error somewhere.. was just wondering if anyone could maybe lend me a hand with adjusting the issue.

Sorry to bother you but what is the recommended polling rate? Mine is set to 500. I didn’t know if that could have something to do with it.

What mouse are you using? We recommend 1000Hz for most mice.
