Controller works and mouse and keyboard are powered on but they don’t work

Hi I just got this a couple weeks ago and it works great for the Xbox. I tried the ps4 setup today and everything looks to be normal. I can play the game with the controller and my mouse and keyboard have power. But when I try to use the mouse and keyboard nothing happens. I’ve restarted the system and it didn’t help.
