Device: KeyMander 2
keyboard and mouse not working
I just received the keymander 2 and I can get the keyboard to work or the mouse it worked for a second and then stopped and I never got it to work again is there anybody I can call for help? For the keyboard i'm using the redragon k55 and im using a corsair mouse boh wired these are both relevant devices and I don't know why it's not working.

You didn't mention what console you are on. I also strongly suggest watching our setup videos and making sure you have your settings as seen in the videos.
