Constantly not working on Xbox 1 s

Here I am again complaining. It’s flashing blue again and I didn’t do anything with the cords it’s always plugged in so there is no reason it should be low on battery. My controller keeps turning on and off by it self and my keyboard turns on but doesn’t work I’m pretty sure this is because of low battery but there is no reason the battery should be low. I have a redragon keyboard and a Corsair mouse and a new controller please respond. This is very tiresome.
