BLUETOOTH - frustrated....... connection issue day 1

My device is connected to a Xbox series x. I plugged in all cords and plugged in unit first time and it worked. I then updated the firmware and now it will not connect to to Bluetooth with any devices plugged into it. I have to unplug all devices except from XBOX, then it will connect. Once I plug K&B and controller in it disconnects and will not connect again.

Try this to reset your K2

Try this:

  1. Connect the K2 unit to your Series X with power off.
  2. Connect the Controller to your K2.
  3. Do not connect the mouse or keyboard.
  4. Power on your Series X.
  5. Connect your mobile device.
  6. Does it stay connected?
  7. If it stays connected, connect your mouse and keyboard.
  8. If it loses connection, connect a 2A USB power supply to the K2's Power port. That should solve the power issue.
