Device: KeyMander 2
When I go on the app and press to connect the KEYMANDER it doesn’t show up it’s just stuck on searching

Did you remember to press Button 1 on the K2 first? Was the K2 LED "fast breathing" blue/white? If you have not pressed the button within one minute, the K2 will time out of BT connect mode.

Yes I pressed the button first but still nothing

It connected but then after it updated the software it disconnected then wouldn’t show up

I got it to find the device but now it just says failed to sync tru again

What phone and OS version are you using? Also, press Button 2 three times quickly and do a reset to clear any potential residual memory and see if it helps.

There is one thing I forgot to have you check previously. Open your Bluetooth settings and see if your K2 shows up as seen below.
If it does and you cannot connect in the app, do the following in order:
- Turn Bluetooth off
- Open the K2 App
- Press button 1 on the K2 to put it in pairing mode
- Turn Bluetooth back on
- Switch back to K2 App and click on IOGEAR GE1337P2 quickly.
The K2 unit should connect through the app now instead of connecting through the iPhone's Bluetooth menu.
