Doesn't it work with the xbox series x controller cuz mine isn't working

Have you updated your K2 to the newest firmware? Please check and let us know what version FW is shown in the K2 app.

Also, what USB cable are you using with the controller since we don't provide a USB Type-C cable in the box?

Yes it's all up to date and its the newest version

What cable did you use to connect the Series X controller to the K2 unit?

What keyboard and mouse are you using?
