Unable to connect to internet on app
Hey guys I'm having issues downloading new games on my keymander 2 app version 1.1.104 firmware 1.2.115.001 when I try to download a new game it said "failed to download. Please check the connection status of you internet device." My phone permissions are set to allow all so I dont think It has to do with the permissions any advice ??

I also am able to connect to the keymander via bluetooth and change between games fine just downloading new games it unable to connect

and wanna double check this issue happened you via bluetooth connect with K2 or without BT connect with K2

Samsung s8....I connected the keymander to the app via BT and simultaneously try to download profiles while BT connected which does not work. I am able to switch between profiles within the app though that I've already downloaded a while ago.
I cant download any profiles without the keymander first tethering to the phone via BT first anyways its always been like that for me.

Did you watch our setup video and follow the steps the same way or did you pair the K2 using the phone's BT menu?
You do not need to connect to the K2 unit to open and download games from Game Center, but you do need an Internet connection over either Wi-Fi or mobile data or you cannot download from our server.

I am having trouble signing into the k2 mobile app I am on IOS and it says connection error please check internet please somebody help.

Take it up with google they say...lol this hasn't worked in months and there's nothing they can do about it. If you want to create AND share your loadouts, or you want to be able to back up your loadouts in case your phone breaks like mine did, you might want to find another product because i don't see this getting fixed any time soon.
Maybe they can tell us why its taking over 5 months for google to confirm their update? If this was something like uber eats, where you can only order from places you've been because of an update pending they would go out of business. Good thing this company relies on product sales not app downloads or uses so when a customer gets it in the mail they either have to send it back or just put up with the lack of functionality.
Also I'm surprised this thread hasn't been locked yet, J doesn't like people bringing it up and continuing to talk about it because 'theirs nothing they can do'.
