my keyboard lights don't turn on

What keyboard and mouse do you have and what console are you on?

the keyboard is a Yeyian Spark and the mouse is a Logitch G203 and i play in a xbox one s

It is possible your keyboard requires a PC handshake (data exchange) for the lighting to activate. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do for keyboards that require PC handshake before activating illumination function.

so, there’s no solution?

Without physically testing your model keyboard I would have to say there isn't a solution other than using a different keyboard. Most brands of gaming keyboards do not have this issue.
