Microphone problems after update

You can roll back to the old firmware by using a computer to "update" with the older FW file here.

Could you provide the infomation as below

1. Controller model , Xbox one series controller or Xbox one 1708 ? (Remove the Battery could check inside label)

2.Controller FW version (it could check in Xbox accessories setting page)

3.Xbox Model, is Xbox one or Xbox Series ?

4.headset model

1-elite v2

2-4.8.1908.0

3-Xbox one s

4-audio technica ath-ag1x

and I can’t go back to previous firmware versions because my laptop no longer works

Here's a workaround you can use for how: remove your controller batteries and keep them out of the controller. If your mic shuts off, open the Xbox Menu and turn off the controller. After the controller turns off, unplug the controller from the K2 and then reconnect it and wait for it to turn back on by itself. The mic will begin working normally.

This is a horrible “workaround”. You got people spending 100s of dollars for this and you can’t make a simple mic fix!!! I’m returning this if it doesn’t get fixed soon… it’s impossible to solo que in any game because of this
