KEYMANDER not working in game
I just received my KEYMANDER 2 and got it all set up. The keyboard works and can move on the home screen of my Xbox Series X, but when I open Rainbow 6 Siege the keyboard is entirely functionless. Even pushing the Windows button to bring up the Xbox dash board doesnt work when in Siege but works on the Home Screen.

To add, yes I have downloaded the newest version of the profile in the App. I downloaded it and made it my profile in the app and the keyboard and mouse are still entirely functionless in the game. What am I missing/doing wrong?

The first things to check are that you have the Xbox One version of the R6S profile installed and the K2 LED should be green. Next, the Series X controller needs to be connected to the K2 with a good USB A to USB C cable that passes data. Since we do not provide a type C cable, what cable did you use to connect your controller?
What keyboard and mouse are you using?
