Help plz

Can you give us some basic information so we can help? We need to know:

1. Do you hear no audio at all or just game audio without chat?
2. Which console?
3. Which model controller?
4. What headset?
5. If it is PS4 and factory controller, how old is it and is it fully charged?
6. Did you check the app to make sure F9 was not off (mic mute)?
