Can’t connect to KEYMANDER on phone

ive had a KEYMANDER for awhile now and can’t cannot through app. I have up on it after some time because I just can’t get it to work right. I’m lost right now I feel like I’ve tried everything and still isn’t working. It’s plugged into a Xbox s. Scuff controller and razor mouse and keyboard. Has a blue light for power and a orange on the turbo one. All plugged in and doesn’t work. Anything will help thank you
