Complications

Hello,I need help with my KEYMANDER 2. I have been experiencing problems with plugging in my mouse and keyboard. I am able to plug in my controller, but when I go to plug in my mouse and keyboard my mouse turns on and off repeatedly along with my controller and keyboard. Also when I try and connect to the app, it will connect then a few seconds later it disconnects and repeats. Please help if you know what is going on thank you.
